Dearest Persons,
Today Bryce and I were teaching English class and had 20 minutes in between classes so we asked some other English teachers where we could find food and went hunting. We wound up at this great little place we went last week where we both got 2 breadsticks stuffed with meat and like green peppers or onions. Very good... as we walk back into the school we're eating them and all the teachers turn and look at us, surprised, laughing. They are like, "What did you get?" and we're like, "I don't know but it's good!" And one guy from Brazil says to us, "I did not know that Americans like, or can handle, liver very much." Bryce and I are like, "WHAAT!?! We're eating LIVER?!?" Needless to say I did not finish my breadstick. Ha... I accidentally ate liver. In Cairo. How crazy is that!?!
